Hello!

I’m Christina. I graduated from the University of Washington in 2017 with a MS in Information Management from the University of Washington. I specialized in User Experience, Information Architecture, and Business Intelligence. Since then, I’ve worked as a User Experience Researcher, where I’ve advocated for better user experiences in a variety of settings.

Shaping simple and elegant Experiences

Combining my background in Information and Psychology with user-centered design practices allows me to:

  • empathize with users to learn about their needs and pain points

  • ensure that content is valid, accessible, and understandable to users

  • analyze and use data to support design decisions

  • create information architecture that supports findability and searchability

  • design for serendipitous discovery

Advocating for Accessibility

One of my passions is accessibility for all users. As a former School Psychologist, one of my roles was to lead teams in determining accessibility needs for students. My intent is to combine my psychology background with UX to create products that are usable and accessible to a broad audience.
